We have been providing plastic processing services for many years within the scope of:

• thermoplastics injection-moulding processing,
• thin wall product injection moulding, including products intended for contact with food,
• insert moulding,
• two-component injection moulding,
• product decoration by means of in-mould labelling (IML),
• assembly and customisation,
• packaging,

Since the very beginning of our activity we have been processing orders of national and foreign contractors according to their specifications, quality and time requirements.

We have a canopied warehouse area with a capacity of 3500 pallet slots at our disposal.

If requested, we also handle transport logistics.

Our technological capabilities and experience allow us to meet the highest requirements of our clients.

• injection moulding machines 62 pcs, brands: ENGEL, DEMAG, FANUC, HAITIAN closing forces from 70 to 1000 tons,
• all the injection moulding machines are equipped with Cartesian coordinate robots with load capacities ranging from 5 to 15 kg,
• 6-axis robots, brand: FANUC,
• auxiliary equipment: welding machines, mills, crushers, belt conveyor flights, pallet wrapping machines, board machines,
• we have back-up facilities to maintain the moulds in operation at our disposal.
